Yes – we accept both card (including contactless) and cash at all our sites.
We currently offer a Blue Light discount for emergency service workers – forms of ID are required
Yes – every drink earns a stamp and Keep Cup users get double stamps and 20p off.

Yes – many of our sites now have self-order kiosks for quicker service and customer preference.

Yes – we offer a range of fresh, in-house made savoury items, bakes, cakes and seasonal items designed for grab-and-go.
We do our best to offer a good mix of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options every day. Ask staff if you need something specific.
We always aim to source locally, and we’re proud to stock items from some local legends right here in Herefordshire.
Families, Access & Community
Absolutely – all of our sites are breastfeeding friendly.
Yes – we aim to make every location welcoming and accessible. We also provide 3D virtual walkarounds online so you can plan ahead.
Yes! Dogs are welcome at all of our sites, and all of them have water bowls, dog safe ice cream and dog biscuits available.
Seating & Space
- Munitions: Yes, indoor seating is available.
- Old Market: Yes, covered seating.
- Symonds Yat Rock Café: Outdoor only.
- Hightown: Outdoor only.
Yes – for larger groups like school parties or hiking clubs, just let us know in advance.
Yes – we love working with local creatives, businesses and communities. Munitions is particularly well suited for events.
Locations, Travel & Hours
We’ve got locations in the city centre (Hightown), Forest of Dean (Symonds Yat Rock Café), and Shell Store in Rotherwas (Munitions) – with Site No.8 coming soon!
- Munitions: Free on-site parking.
- Hightown & Old Market: Surrounded by city centre parking (pay & display).
- Symonds Yat Rock Cafe: Forestry England car park nearby.
Yes – all our sites are open throughout the year. Except Christmas Day!
Symonds Yat Rock Cafe runs 7 days a week currently, but we do have reduced hours in winter.
No – the Hightown Cart closes during the Hereford May Fair as the city centre is full of rides, and may fair fun, and our lovely cart is lifted out for a few days! Don’t worry – Old Market isn’t far!
